SEDOP developed a Training Cell for dispose information and knowledge to employers, equipping employers to translate that information and knowledge into practice and develop staff capacity for better output. Some people consider training as a luxury but training is more than just building the skills and knowledge of each individual and training is crucial to the development of human resources.
