SEDOP has developed Gender Cell for ensuring equitable benefits to all staff and beneficiaries particularly female. The life of girls and women have changed over the past quarter century but despite these positive changes, many challenges continue to weigh on women’s daily lives. SEDOP is supportive in women empowerment with all its program / project / cell and system. To focus on women facilities and encourage women to work with us various initiatives has been undertaken like 35% staff should be women, staff security, flexibility in recruitment, etc. At field level more than 75% beneficiaries are women, organization respect the women, different initiative undertaken to improve the condition of female beneficiaries and addressing their needs within capacity, etc. Women are still depriving from different way. The organization right now needs to focus on gender gaps where the development are potentially and reorientation of system and policy for greatest benefit.
